Fortune Wireless, Inc. and Cornerstone Wireless Construction Services were wholly-
owned SBU's under Fortune Industries, Inc. (www.ffi.net) through November, 2008 and are now
privately held by the Majority Shareholder of Fortune Industries and Fortune Industries II. We
remain a full, master turn key services company, self-performing, and currently operating in (14)
states while providing a host of wireless services customized to each client engagement. We
provide self-managed services direct to our clients (including all major wireless carriers, all major
build-to-suits, major primes and all major OEM's). And at the end of 2005, we integrated our (4)
functional entities and re-branded them as Fortune Wireless, Inc.
